Education:
Here at EXIT Diamond Realty we believe that there is no such thing as too much training!
It all starts with boot camp, 3 to 4 hours a day, for two weeks, and these classes are offered a.m. and p.m. to fit every agent’s schedule. Boot Camp is designed to get you up and running as a new to the business agent, help an experienced agent learn the EXIT Diamond way, or just jump start any agents production no matter what your experience level.
There are monthly career development classes for all to attend. The real estate industry is ever changing and it is our job to help provide our agents with all of the updates, changes, and most recent tools to be as educated and successful as possible. These classes are realtor driven, that means that the agents who work here set the curriculum, what good is a teacher, if the students aren’t getting taught what they want to learn?
We also offer personal one on one mentoring and coaching free of charge. These sessions are designed to help any agent accomplish anything they want to through another agent’s experience. For example, if you want to learn how to run a really successful open house, you will be taught this by an agent or educator that has had success at this aspect of the business. This is done in a one on one environment to maximize results.
Above and beyond all of the “in house” training that is offered, we also have companywide training seminars with national speakers like Johnny Lowey brought to you for low or no costs, various times throughout the year.
Let’s not forget that we are fortunate to have some great colleges and universities right here in our backyard, that offer loads of business, computer, and life skill courses for your benefit. Our educators have designed an outline of classes for the modern real estate business owner (that’s you) to help you bridge the gap of “owning your own business”
Like we said, there is no such thing as too much education !!!
Culture:
Agents Helping Agents is the path most traveled by Exit Members. Everyone works as part of a team so that everyone is working to make their teammate successful. Everyone is a mentor in one or more significant ways. All of our people resolve to take part in individual or Company charity works, exposures or drives. From Habitat for Humanity to fighting Breast Cancer to adopt-a-family, we are all right there on the front lines. We believe that to lift yourself you must lift someone else.
Compensation and the Exit Formula:
70/30 minimum commission splits with potential for 90/10
10% Sponsoring Residuals
7% Retirement Residuals
5% Beneficiary Residuals
NO DESK FEES !!!
