Christopher Martin Biography

Chris Martin started in real estate in 1998 and has helped hundreds of clients make their “EXIT” (safe passage) from one home to another!  Whether you are upsizing or downsizing, Chris believes that good deals are found, but great deals are made.  Chris works hard to get the highest possible sales price in the shortest amount of time for all sellers!

Chris has invested tens of thousands to become a marketing expert, and has studied under some of the greatest realtor trainers of all time including Bryan Buffini, Craig Proctor, Roger Butcher, A.D. Kessler , Robert Kiyosacki, Donald Trump, Dave Lindahl and many more. To Chris, real estate is not a job but rather a full time hobby.  Therefore, he enjoys studying about and investing in real estate, has bought and sold many homes, and owns rentals, commercial real estate and farms.  Chris also has experience with new construction and development including his personal residence.  He as general contractor renovated his 1980 ranch home into a modern French Tudor 2 story in 2007.

For buyers, Chris will work hard to negotiate the best terms on the home of their dreams and has experience in successfully negotiating the purchase including short sales, bank reo’s & sheriff sales.

Chris enjoys coaching people to building wealth with real estate and has successfully guided many people to get a great start to retirement by investing in real estate.

After just ten years in the business, Chris earned his Brokers license and founded Exit Diamond Realty in 2008 to better serve more clients, and along with his partner and staff has grown the company to 52 agents in two short years.

When he is not doing real estate, Chris enjoys spending time with his wife Melody and their five children: Garrett, Savannah, Angelina, Hayley and LaDina. He also enjoys reading, hockey, softball, hunting, fishing, traveling and golf.
