Trent Stauffer Biography

Trent Stauffer is in his 9th year in the real estate industry.  Since then he has developed several small communities to include subdividing and new home construction.  Trent has also served on his local planning commission and brings that experience to work for you. Whether buying or selling, be it your first home, your last home, or building an investment portfolio, Trent has the knowledge and experience to deliver the unsurpassed service you deserve.  With interest rates at an all time low, Trent will show you how to make smart investments to yield you the greatest return.   

Trent knows how to use the latest internet technologies to market and find homes at an expert level.  Despite his extensive experience, he believes that education is paramount and in order to stay on the cutting edge of his industry.  He has been coached by some of the greatest leaders in the industry including Joe Stumpf (By Referral Only), Johnny Loewy ( Wall Street Journals top 50 agents) and Jeff Lobb (Exit Realty’s expert in technology and internet advertising).
Trent is a member in good standing with Pennsylvania Association of Realtors (PAR), National Association of Realtors (NAR) and Lancaster Counter Association of Realtors (LCAR).  He feels that being a Realtor is about more than joining professional associations, he believes Realtors should be involved in the communities where they work as well.  Trent is the owner of Exit Diamond Realty and has helped raise 1.5million for Habitat For Humanity.  In his time off, Trent enjoys piloting a small Cessna, researching the market and where its heading, but most of all, he enjoys spending time with his wife Janette, his high school sweetheart, and his 3 beautiful daughters, Taryn, Megan, and Ashlyn.  He and his family volunteer at their local church and believe in helping others in need.
