Karl Vaitl Biography

Karl Vaitl is an award winning, full time REALTOR who has been making his client’s dreams a reality for over 9 years. Karl earned his Real Estate License in 2002. Since then, he has worked with and learned from some of the industry’s top agents and coaches to enhance his understanding of the market and all aspects of real estate.  He is excited to show buyers, sellers and investors the incredible tools that EXIT Diamond Realty offers customers in marketing their homes effectively, finding the best deals in today’s market and getting the best returns on their investments. Karl is a big fan of technology, especially Internet-related technology. 
He takes pride in his use of website and hotline technology to prospect both buyers and sellers in your area.A graduate of Valley Forge Military Academy and Junior College, Karl earned an Associate’s degree in Math and Computer Science from Millersville University in 1979. Over the years, he has learned how to relate well to others and communicate with different types of people. This has proven to be a great asset in finding out his clients’ needs and negotiating offers from either side of a transaction.Karl is a member of the National Association of REALTORS®(NAR), the Pennsylvania Association of REALTORS®(PAR) and the Lancaster County Association of REALTORS®(LCAR) He also serves on his local Denver Borough Recreation Committee.
