Steve Zook Biography

Steve Zook has been investing in real estate for over 10 years and has over 15 years experience in all areas of residential and commercial construction. Holding a general contractor’s license in Pennsylvania and having owned and operated a construction company for 12 years he understands and can advise his clients on all the components of a home. Steve specializes and takes great pride in serving the needs of 1st time home buyers, investors, and buyers with agricultural real estate needs. He is a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors (PAR), the Lancaster County Association of Realtors (LCAR), and the American Concrete Institute (ACI).
Steve believes that education is paramount to success and has been trained by industry leaders including one of the Top Real Estate Professionals in the country as named by the Wall Street Journal, Johnny Loewy. He has developed his market knowledge and negotiating skills extensively, and he’s certified in CPR, so if you have to be resuscitated when you see the fantastic deal he negotiates you, you’re covered.
In his time off he enjoys spending time in the outdoors, hunting, inventing new products, and spending time with his wife of 11 years, Carita, and their 4 children. Originally from Lancaster county PA he has enjoyed experiencing what so many people have traveled around the world to see, the famous Amish country. Not only a resident, but having Amish family, he knows Lancaster County from the inside out. Steve always makes time to volunteer in his community helping to organize projects, working with the Department of Corrections, and also teaching classes that help the residents of Lancaster and Berks counties improve their lives and living situations.
